Please read the information below very carefully.  We typically respond to all applications within 72 hours.

Make SURE you fill out every box with a * symbol. These are required questions and your application will NOT come through unless you fill them out.

Additional Terms

The Bella Foundation assumes no responsibility or liability for personal injury or loss of property as a result of pet adoption. The Bella Foundation reserves the right to refuse adoptions based on any of the criteria above. New owner agrees to a 14 day trial period where both animal and owner can adjust to each other. During that period if for any reason the new owner wishes to, the new pet can be returned/requested to be returned to The Bella Foundation for full refund of the adoption fee. If for any reason the new owner cannot provide or is unwilling to provide a home for the pet it will be returned to The Bella Foundation.

Potential owner agrees to provide veterinary care and yearly vaccinations for new pet at the owner’s expense. Potential owner is adopting this pet for themselves of their own free will and knowingly take on the responsibility of caring for an animal in their home.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you hit "Submit," you should see a confirmation message that your application was received. If you DON'T see that message, then we did NOT get your application, because it was not completely filled out. It will take you back to the top of the page and highlight in red the questions you still need to answer. Every question with a * symbol is required. If you can't answer, just type "none" in that box.
